Comments: Global Exchange is a wonderful business. I really appreciate their global respect and consciousness. I especially appreciated their 4 Ways to Shop Greener Online. I was going to order 2nd day shipping - having never considered the ecological impact and coming from a 'I gotta have it now!' mentality (albeit for a good cause). So your info about air shipping made a very positive impact on me, and I thank you. Very responsive and personable service, great products and service - the world needs many, many more businesses like Global Exchange. Comments: The customer service representative was really great. I had made a mistake with my shipping option and it was just a few days before Christmas, so I thought that it would take awhile to hear back. He fixed it immediately and wished me happy holidays- I thought wow, a real response and not a form letter. I will definately buy from Global exchange in the future. Thanks!

Comments: I placed two orders: on my first, I ordered late and was still able to get my order in great condition and ahead of time needed! On my second i ordered the day before I needed it and it arrived two days later (one day after i needed it) -- i consider this excellent service!

Comments: I like the use of recycled magazines to pad the box - true to its goals of conserving resources. followed my extra comments to the letter, sending me the right number of brochures as well! great website - extremely informative about its products and their origins as well as their goals for social justice; even used the info in a term paper! please tell everyone that global exchange is a great store!

Comments: My order was sent promptly, but a jar broke in shipment. When I called to ask for a replacement, Global Exchange was wonderful, and sent the replacement the same day. The OK rating is provisional -- when the replacement order arrives undamaged, I'll change my rating to excellent. Customer service is terrific; great phone service re: my problem, and quick response to an email question I had. I plan to shop with them again.

A second package was shipped out promptly, arrived intact (and EXTREMELY well-padded!), and GloEx made a follow up call to be sure that I'd received my merchandise. I'm impressed. Reply: Rugs aren't in our current plans, however, here are some Rugmark importers -- (an organization that specializes in certifying that rugs and carpets are made in humane conditions).
