Khatsa is committed to raising awareness about Tibet and preserving its rich ancient culture by preserving natural wildlife and providing educational opportunities for underprivileged children on the Northern slope of the Himalayas, home to some of Tibet’s most economically disadvantaged people. They are working with individuals, families, and villages -- helping children to gain access to primary school and assisting adults in learning marketable vocational skills that will lead to economic stability and self-reliance.
