Our Chocolate Fundraising Program offers groups the opportunity to raise funds while promoting Fair Trade. It is designed for Fundraisers to collect orders of Fair Trade chocolate before actually purchasing the chocolate.
How It Works
Follow these five simple steps:
1. Assign a Fundraising Leader. This person should oversee the sales process, request an electronic Fundraising Kit, print out and distribute the necessary forms to each seller to use during the sales drive, collect orders from each seller and hand them in to us so we can ship out your chocolate.
2. Order your electronic Fundraising Kit. Email your Fundraising Kit request with the phrase “fundraising kit” in the subject line of your email. You will receive a PDF version of our Fundraising Kit via email within 3-5 business days.
3. Print out the necessary forms. Once you receive your electronic Fundraising Kit, print out (*we recommend printing in color) one Chocolate Product Catalog page for each Seller, and as many Fundraising Order Forms as you need for each Seller.
4. Sell Sell Sell! Using the Chocolate Product Catalog page to show potential customers, each Fundraiser will gather chocolate orders, fill out their Fundraising Order Form/s, collect payment and hand in the completed Fundraising Order Form/s along with payments to their Fundraising Leader.
5. Hand in order and receive your chocolate. Once the Fundraising Leader collects all of the completed Fundraising Order Forms and payments from each Fundraiser, the Fundraising Leader should tally up the chocolate order totals, complete the Master Fundraising Order Form, and send it to Global Exchange. See instructions in our Fundraising Kit for details.
Fundraising Eligibility Requirements
Our chocolates are available at wholesale prices for reselling purposes only. In order to qualify for our fundraising program, you must provide your reason for purchase, and meet our minimum order requirements.
Wholesale Program vs. Fundraising Program
In addition to our Fundraising Program, we also have a Wholesale Program, which offers qualified resellers the opportunity to purchase Global Exchange Fair Trade retail products at wholesale rates for the purpose of re-selling them for profit. Unlike our Fundraising Program where fundraisers collect orders of Fair Trade chocolate before actually purchasing the chocolate, our Wholesale Program is designed for Resellers to purchase products in advance and re-sell them.
Visit our Wholesale Program page for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible to sell Global Exchange chocolate for fundraising purposes?

What is the difference between the Global Exchange Fundraising Program and Wholesale Program?
There are two main differences:
1.Our Wholesale Program includes Fair Trade chocolate AND crafts, while our Fundraising Program includes chocolate only.
2. In our Wholesale Program, you purchase the items up front, for the purpose of reselling those items for profit. In our Fundraising program, you collect orders of Fair Trade chocolate before actually purchasing the chocolate, and then compile those orders into one order that you send to us along with your payment, before we fulfill your order and send the chocolate to you.
How long does it take to receive my chocolate order once I place it?
Once your Master Order Form has been filled out correctly and received, along with your complete payment, your order will ship within 7-10 business days. For expedited shipping options, please call 800-505-4410.

Our Fundraising Kit is an electronic PDF, and we do not offer a paper version. We aim to be as paperless as possible in an effort to conserve resources. If you do not have access to a color printer to print out your Chocolate Product Catalog pages, please email our Fundraising Manager to request copies to be sent via mail.
Is there a minimum order for fundraising orders?
Yes, you must order at least one full case of chocolate (20 9-piece boxes or 12 18-piece boxes).
Can I sell other Global Exchange items other than chocolate for Fundraising purposes?
You are more than welcome to apply to our Wholesale Program for access to craft items offered at wholesale rates.
