Global Exchange has teamed up with Sjaak's Organic Chocolates, a family owned chocolate company located in Northern California, to bring you exquisitely delicious chocolates that are produced in the European tradition and prepared in an earth friendly manner.
Available in 9-piece and 18-piece boxes. Flavors include (one piece each in the 9-piece box, and two pieces each in the 18-piece box): Extra Dark Chocolate Creme, Almond Creme, Peanut Butter Cup, Mocha Creme, Vanilla Creme, Chocolate Caramel, Chocolate Mint, Hazelnut Creme, and Green Tea.
